Orders may be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a 50% refund only, due to preparation costs and perishable ingredients.
All cakes are custom-made and perishable, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been picked up or delivered.
If there is an issue with your order (such as a missing item or receiving the wrong cake), please contact us within 24 hours, and we will gladly provide a replacement or full refund.
